Two concise volumes — the Ski School building with a sports and wellness center, and an administrative block — are aligned along the artificial ski slope, forming a small square between them.
The square, with benches and potted trees, acts as an open-air foyer and a welcoming meeting place.
Entrances to both buildings are marked by full-height glazed facades.
On the ground floor of the Ski School, a transparent glass frontage opens the café and rental facilities toward the square and the slope. Glazing also highlights the main interior functions — lobbies, classrooms, and offices — establishing clear visual connections between the interior and the landscape. The main sports hall is naturally illuminated by a longitudinal skylight equipped with integrated louvers to control glare.
The façades are deliberately minimalist, composed of glass and exposed concrete.
On the Ski School building, precast concrete panels carry a repeating relief motif of skiers — a tactile marker of identity that ties the architecture to its context. The restrained palette, combined with transparent ground levels, creates an active frontage and a welcoming atmosphere for the campus.
